Loving you're body
I use a tool I call N.I.L.F – Nutrition Image Lifestyle Fitness. My blog looks at the different ways in which your lifestyle could be affecting your mental health. Your home, finances and much more can take a toll in terms of stress, worry and demotivation. I concentrate on these areas, because they all are connected to our personal lives and the more balance we have in our lives, the healthier our bodies and minds become. We all deserve to be our true selves. Practicing BeYOUtiful is the best gift you can give to yourself. When you reach your goal you will reflect a positive outlook, and your family and friends will benefit too.
I have an intermediate routine coming soon, containing aerobics and body tone. The equipment used for this class will be an aerobic step and a weighted bar. I will also be introducing online workout classes and one to one, or two people maximum personal training in my home gym. Stay tuned for more details!
My Workout Classes
I offer personal training and fitness packages. Classes take place at St Pauls Church Community Centre, and are specially tailored to beginners. Starting with a short intensity routine, this is followed by a low impact section to target the more stubborn areas in your arms, core, and legs. I then finish off the routine with a set of four different planks to tone the whole body.
